ARKS ON TRIPLE J!

Thought i'd put my Bio and some reviews Up

Alex Kindynis is Arks. Since the age of twelve, he has been inspired by likes of poetry in different forms. From poets such as William Blake, Esoterkism, Suffa and many more, Arks has gained inspiration. In 2008 Arks became part of the local Prahran hip-hop duo ‘The Skriptkillers’ along with Deafs and Part-time producer Daze. In 2009 Arks released his first solo EP – “The Dead Poets EP”. A 6 track EP based on recent events in his life, with quotes and parts of the famous Robin Williams Movie “The Dead Poets Society”.

Recently Arks has been writing, recording and working on the Australian Collaboration Mix tape which will be released soon. To date, Arks has released 10 odd songs with Skriptkillers, released a 6 track EP and is currently writing and recording more material for the future. With props from artists such as 360, Coptic Soldier and Mind Over Matter, Arks has a bright and positive future set ahead for him.

Believe the hype of one Melbourne youngest artist, press play and listen to the story of Arks.

Rating: 5/5 - "i need something so much more sublime, so i turn to the world say 'damn im gonna make it mine' " With the talent and potential this youngster has expressed at just the age of 15 there are good signs that this line may one day become reality... A mix of fresh rhymes and flowing lyrics along with the head bobbing beat of Talib Kweli's 'get by' and backing female vocals make this track is a definite winner. Easily a 5 star track and an artist well worth checking out and listening too Peace. - AussieMitch

Rating: 5/5 - "Dude. You are killing it. I heard about you off my mate whos 27 and lives in Sydney. If your shit is getting around like that at 15, you have got it going on dog. I look forward to see where you are in a few years. Good luck, RS" - RadioSearch

Rate Review, do what you will but you best do it soon! Peace, The Arks Mc. Triple J Unearthed Artist Profile - 'Arks'
